In Montessori we strive to educate children who are aware of the world’s cultures and affairs. They read about ancient civilizations and customs.  In the elementary they discuss current events.  Having an understanding of other cultures around the world and their customs gives children the chance to develop a well-rounded worldview, but it also helps them to understand and appreciate their own culture.

Children who graduate from Montessori School of Duluth care about the world and the people in it.  What better hope for the future could there be?
