How to Apply

Whether you are looking for a foundation for learning for your toddler, or an individualized learning environment for your preschooler, we encourage you to start with a tour. Our scheduling link is up to date with all tour openings.

1Interest Form

After your tour, you will receive our info letter with details about the next steps, along with a link to complete our General Interest Form. Fill this out and submit it.


2Application

You will be invited to apply in accordance with our admissions policies and your preferred enrollment timeline. The application puts you on our waitlist and requires a one-time, non-refundable $100 fee, per student.

3Child Visit
The Enrollment Coordinator will reach out when it’s time for your Child Visit, where you and your child will meet their prospective guide and visit the classroom.

4Acceptance
After a Child Visit is completed, you will be notified of an admissions decision. The offer will remain valid for 2 weeks. Acceptance requires an annual $500 (prorated if mid-year) non-refundable enrollment fee. Infant orientation fee $750.
5Orientation
Once all enrollment paperwork is complete, families set up an orientation schedule with their child’s lead guide. This includes an overview of our billing and communications app Brightwheel, review of the MSD Family Handbook, and answers to any last questions.

6First Day
You’ll begin preparing for your child’s first day and start your Montessori journey at MSD!
